SUP 101

Whether you've been on a paddle board before or it's your first time ever, it's good to know the fundamentals and the safety guidlelines of being on a stand up paddle board! Our instructors will guide you throught everything you need to know to successfully stand up, turn, stop, and paddle correctly on your board! Whether you ride solo or come with friends and family, you'll have a blast learning the basics and cruising on the lake!
